My advise on the "To Toss or Not To Toss" is thinking about your guest list. Are there lots of young ladies coming to the wedding that would love to be called up for the flower toss or is there just 1 or 2 who might be embarrassed by being unattached? Being respectfull of your family and friends usually will make the choice easier for you. I find younger brides can't wait to do this while older ones, with less unattached friends tend to steer clear. Doing a dance of the decades (the folks married the longest) might be a fun substitute but again, you have to know your guest list. If the longest married couple are at an age where they are not able to get up and participate in the dance, presenting the bouquet might be awkward.
Either way weddings are meant to be fun so do what feels right for you. Enjoy!
