A local delivery fee of $11.95 will be added to each order, for each address. Same day delivery available when received prior to 3:00 pm in the recipient's time zone. Express, late and after cut off delivery is available for an additional fee. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, cemeteries and orders where we are not given correct phone numbers cannot be guaranteed. We offer delivery to all of Princeton University including the dorms, offices and the Frist Campus Center. Multiple deliveries are made daily to hospitals, such as University Medical Center of Princeton, St Marys, Capital Health and Robert Wood Johnson of Hamilton among others.

Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:

• Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
• Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
• Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
• Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information

To have your flowers or other floral gift delivered same day, it would be better to allow substitutions in your order. Checking the no substitutions box may result in your order being delayed while we wait for the exact flowers to arrive. Certain products on our website and specialty products that only we sell and deliver. These items are clearly marked so be aware of our delivery area. If going outside our delivery area, we are often able to find you a florist who will fill the gift with a similar item but perhaps not the exact. When same day delivery is important, try to be flexible.

Our Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Flowers

• In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
• For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
• If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Plants

• For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
• For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
• If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Fruit and Gourmet Baskets

• Some fruit, gourmet and snack items may not be available at all times. In order to not delay your gift we will make every attempt to match the product as shown but whenever necessary we will make a substitution to the same value. All measurements and descriptions of these products are approximate.
